Miner's Landing Historic Waterfront Attractions

Pier 57 is an historic attraction, home to shops, restaurants and family-friendly rides and entertainment. The name of Miner's Landing Seattle comes from the goldstrike of 1897, when a ship laden with gold and happy, successful miners docked at the pier. Today, that good-time feeling lives on through fun attractions like the vintage caoursel. The newest Miner's Landing addition, the Great Wheel, lights up at night and offers awesome views of downtown, the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound.
